different adventure.
You never know with these things
when you're trying something new
what can happen. This is all
experimental.
And obviously, from our own
personal point of view, the
principal challenge is a
personal challenge.
CUSTOMER
You can create a business,
choose a name, but unless people
know about it you're not going
to sell any products.
Good customer service begins at
the top. If your senior people
don't get it, even the strongest
links further down the line can
become compromised, as the story
shows. Finally, poor customer
service can also be relished …
