Reality: There are many tangible, selfish and acceptable reasons, such as more time for yourself, better customer relations skills, stronger organization, more fun at work, and stronger following, for one to be a great coach.

Myth: Focus on the player.

Reality: Know yourself – knowing how to overcome own psychological blocks.

Myth: Coaching equals actionable feedback.

Reality: There are many other important coaching tools and habits such as the art of effective questioning and motivation techniques.

Myth: Coaching requires lots of time.

Reality: The best coaching comes in small doses delivered quickly, yet impactfully.

Myth: Coaching is about work.
