and Advance
According to
NLP,
there is no failure, only
feedback.
The only real failure is failure to
learn from your experience.
Learning
from feedback means that you are more likely to be
flexible rather than
rigid in your dealings with yourself and others.
If things go wrong, don't wait for others to change –
start change with
yourself.
If what you're doing isn't working, think it over and decide what you can do
differently for a better result next time. Learn flexibility from water –
flow around obstacles towards your final destination.

Look Deeper
The bigger a failure, the deeper
its roots. At times of mega-failure, seek the deeper roots of
it. Ask
5-Why questions,
challenge fundamental assumptions to identify the true
reason of the failure. Big failures may require
paradigm shifts and
outside-the-box solutions. But keep in mind, that disruptive
ideas need equally
disruptive attitudes and vehicles for their
implementations.
